About the Project: This project included the design of a 36,000 SF Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. Almond Engineering effectively designed and implemented a complex stormwater solution for stormwater facilities discharging into impaired water bodies (phosphorus and nitrogen). Services included administrative deviations for reduced parking requirements, the design of a private road to serve this and other future parcels, Site Master Planning, Stormwater Design and Permitting, Private Lift Station Design and Permitting including Offsite Utility Connections.
