Construction Management and Construction Engineering Inspection

In addition to design and permitting, Almond Engineering offers Construction & Engineering Inspection (CEI) and Construction Management Services on Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects. We routinely perform CEI services on projects engineered in-house as well as projects completed by other firms. Almond Engineering has also been hired to complete multi-year construction projects for JEA/FDOT.

Services include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly site visits and observation including reports to clients
  • Review Payment Applications
  • Shop Drawing Review
  • Final certifications and Project Closeout/Acceptance to local municipalities and utility companies.
  • Private Inspection of Publicly Dedicated Infrastructure associated with Residential Subdivision Closeout and Commercial Utility Easement Dedication.
