Goodwill Donation, Retail and Job Center Facility, Jacksonville, FL

This project included the design of a 25,000 SF Goodwill Donation, Retail and Job Center Facility. Almond Engineering effectively designed and implemented an environmental remediation plan which included a lined stormwater detention pond. Services included Site Master Planning, Stormwater Design, and Permitting, Private Lift Station Design including a directional drill of a force main down St. Augustine Road and Permitting including Offsite Utility Connections.

 

Moe’s & Mellow Mushroom, Jacksonville, FL

Both Moe’s and Mellow Mushroom projects were master planned commercial out parcels; Almond Engineering diligently delivered both projects on schedule under a fast commercial development timeline.  Almond Engineering integrated both projects and provided seamless permitting and design services. Services included Master Planning / PUD Verification, Site Design, and Utility Permitting.

 

Publix – Moultrie Square, St. Augustine, FL

This project was located in St. Augustine, FL and within the jurisdiction of St. Johns County.

This project included the raze and rebuilding of a 37,000 SF Publix Supermarket Facility. Almond Engineering successfully met the challenging schedules required by Publix while navigating and permitting the project through the robust development standards of St. Johns County. The shopping center was able to remain open while the main anchor, Publix, developed and built a newer facility to serve its customers.

 

Arbor Terrace

This project included the design of a 36,000 SF Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. Almond Engineering effectively designed and implemented a complex stormwater solution for stormwater facilities discharging into impaired water bodies (phosphorus and nitrogen). Services included administrative deviations for reduced parking requirements, the design of a private road to serve this and other future parcels, Site Master Planning, Stormwater Design and Permitting, Private Lift Station Design and Permitting including Offsite Utility Connections.
